Being conscious of our thoughts is a lot easier said than done. I counted how many times I complained in an hour yesterday and lost count very quickly!
Our thoughts are like the sheep in the bible story. Our thoughts will wander, stray and sometimes blindly follow the flock (society). If we choose to think the highest thoughts we are always guided and blessed. The I AM keeps us connected to the highest aspirations of God’s Love. I AM Peace, I AM Love, I AM Joy. I AM Blessed!
